Courtesy of a grant from The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Santa Clara County Office of Education embarked on a strategic planning process for its new Arts Education Initiative. After dozens of stakeholder meetings, visioning workshops, and prioritization activities, "Artspiration" emerged in Fall 2009.
